He makes a good point why do they inspect some and not others. She says
his car seems to may have been at a place that is at risk of "host"
material. She goes on to claim that he has insects on his vehicle, yet a
number of cars are passing in the lane next to him unchecked which may
have even more insects then his car. She exclaims that they haven't
inspected other vehicles so they wouldn't know if other cars are at risk
to "host" material. Its all bull shit these boarder lines are a check
and balance point for opposition drug runners and other anti
establishment. In the end they end up not filing charges cause no crime
was committed.
