In Chicago the Chicago police department have been exposed for having a building where they illegally detain Americans. In this site they beat and use torture methods on these citizens. People have even died at this location while the government maintain no liability for the deaths of the detainees. The detainees are held in this site and also denied the right to contact any one outside of this location. This location is using "Guantanamo" style tactics to hold people with out legal charges against them as prisoners. People working in this location infiltrate organizations and work undercover to find their victims. These locations are heavily watched and any unwanted attention is met with extreme prejudice. If America is allowing this location to hold people who have not broken any laws as prisoners there must be many more locations across the states.
