Connecticut sends out the first confiscation letters

A month or so back we had the New York Government telling the people to turn in their weapons. A few months before that we had a state say that you could not have empty shells for recycling bullets. Now we have Connecticut doing a draconian gun grab from the people. When a government does not trust their people, then that same very government should not be trusted.
