Lucid Dreaming: How to Control Your Dreams (Part 1 of 2)

Many People dream through out their nightly rest, yet do not remember them when awaking. When a person focus's on what their dreams are for a period of time they gain an ability to lucid dream. A lucid dream is when a person becomes consciously aware they are in a dream.
I my self have had a few lucid dreams.
